This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use our application and services, ensuring full transparency in compliance with global privacy standards and App Store Guidelines.
2. Data Collection
We strictly collect only the information necessary to provide our image morphing services and manage your account. This includes your email address (collected when you register or sign in), transaction records for In-App Purchases (collected via Apple's secure payment system), and the images you choose to process. Specifically, your personal photo is collected and securely uploaded immediately after you select it from your device's gallery or camera, and the target plushie image is securely uploaded immediately after you select it from the in-app options.
3. AI Features and Third-Party Data Sharing
AI Image Processing
When you use our "Morph" and AI generation features, your selected photos, specifically your album photo and the chosen plushie image, are securely encrypted and transmitted to our cloud servers for preprocessing. To perform the AI generation, we securely share this temporary data with our trusted third-party AI providers: Google and Black Forest Labs.
Data Retention & No Training
All uploaded photos to our servers are stored temporarily and are automatically deleted within 24 hours. We ensure that our third-party partners (Google and Black Forest Labs) provide equivalent data protection. Your photos are used exclusively for AI generation and are never used to train any AI models or for any other unauthorized purposes.
Security & Local Results
The entire data transmission process is encrypted to ensure your privacy. Once the AI generation is complete, the generated images are returned and saved directly and only to your device's local history. We do not retain copies of your generated results on our servers.
4. Data Usage
Your uploaded images are processed securely to provide our synthesis service. We do not use your generated or uploaded images for any other purpose beyond your direct request, nor do we share them with third parties without your explicit consent, except as detailed in Section 3. Transaction records are used solely to manage your Compute Unit balance and provide customer support.
5. Data Deletion
You maintain the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings panel within our application. Please note that deleting your account will result in the permanent clearing of all remaining Compute Units. All temporary processing data on our secure Cloudflare servers is automatically expunged within 24 hours via our strict lifecycle policies.
